The New York Times: Bill Clinton, Heckled by Protesters, Defends Record on Crime. http://google.com/newsstand/s/CBIw5IvtzCk
Clinton is right and wrong. He helped stop some crime but with the AEDPA, he has destroyed due process and put innocent people in prison. It makes it too hard to challenge state convictions in federal court and waters down due process. It went too far.
He should lead an AEDPA reform effort with Hillary.
Chicago to settle case of man who died after being dragged by handcuffs in police lockup
I’m tough on BAD COPS and BAD PROSECUTORS as deserved, but want to thank the honest ones who believe in due process! https://t.co/6X4kqeXc6U

As I continue to pursue justice on the Scott Davis case, I am looking for input on the next case I will highlight and advocate.
I would like to continue to focus on police misconduct and destruction of evidence cases as other people focus on DNA cases. Too many cases of misconduct and evidence destruction are ignored.
I continue to lobby for changes in statutes and in policy regarding law enforcement’s destruction of material evidence in cases and changes to the horrible Youngblood v Arizona bad faith standard.
Please contact me here with your input and desire to get involved.
This basic concept apparently does not matter so far at least to the Fulton County Georgia district attorney Paul Howard, the courts, and especially law enforcement in Atlanta.
What is the matter with these people and the system that allows police and others to alter and destroy evidence at will, lie about it yet face no investigation or consequences?

Great radio show on Scott Davis innocence and gross unfairness of Atlanta Police Misconduct. Scott deserves a new trial! Great job Bryan Crabtree and Dennis Ross!
